ZOFAX is happy for our customers to return unsuitable or purchased items in error as long as they are returned in unopened, unused, and undamaged condition within 30 days.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage, and we advise customers to contact the ZOFAX Team at returns@zofax.co.uk before returning items to us. We don’t charge a restocking fee for accepting items.
The goods received damaged or in faulty condition are replaced free of charge.
Please get in touch with us by email at returns@zofax.co.uk?to report receipt of unsuitable, damaged and faulty items.
When the returned items are accepted, our team inspects them before processing refunds. The refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned order. We will refund you using the same method as the original payment.
