Cancellation Policy
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery.
The cancellation time frame varies depending on the category of the order, and once this period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled. In some situations, if the cancellation is attempted after the specified time, a fee may be applied.
In the event that the seller cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for any prepaid orders. ZOFAX reserves the right to accept or deny the cancellation of any order. Additionally, ZOFAX may modify the cancellation time window or fees at any time.
