Physical Products

Return Conditions

  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in original condition
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Return shipping label must be used (if provided)

Return Process

  1. Initiate return through your account dashboard
  2. Print return shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Package item securely
  4. Ship within 14 days of return approval
  5. Wait for processing (typically 5-7 business days after receipt)

Digital Products

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Digital products must not have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Services must not have been utilized or started.
